XF86Config and X System

I need ALICE for install in differents machines and every one of this
it's posible that get distinc
types of video cards and monitors too,....

I use MISC_CFG_LINKS for create the necessary link X, but what can i do
for configure the
XF86Config? MISC_CFG_TABLE perhaps?

Any idea for development this trouble?
