yes use something like:
in pc.fqhn.misc.cfg:
<MISC_CFG_TABLE>
X XF86Config /etc/X11/XF86Config
</MISC_CFG_TABLE>

in pc.fqhn.X.cfg:
<MISC_CFG_XF86Config>
.. put the XF86Config for the PC with the right VideoCard and Monitor here ...
</MISC_CFG_XF86Config>

so everything between <MISC_CFG_XF86Config> </MISC_CFG_XF86Config> will be
written to /etc/X11/XF86Config
You can add more such definitions in <MISC_CFG_TABLE> the format is:
<Configsection> <Tag> <filename>
