normaly you only have to execute:
make_inst_disk omsi.berlin.frost.de (without .sys or .sys.tcf)

is not ok, because this file will never be looked. The filename has the
following format:
fqhn.<config section>.tcf

the rest seems to be ok

If it doesn't work anyway, and you don't have conficential data in that files
make a tar.gz of /alice/alice and sent me the tar.gz. I will take a look at
it.
