Well let's please not confuse the issue with discussions of "ssh" I do not
allow "ssh" nor anything else for that matter except ftp and telnet, No "X"
or any thing else.
Therefore I believe the problem to be specific to "w" and the way it is
interpreting user information and nothing more.
I should mention that this is an AlphaServer DS20 (21264) running am smp
kernel.
