But not legally! Before Compaq released their Netscape port for Linux, you
could copy all the necessary files from a running Tru64 system, but since
you also had to copy some libraries specific to Tru64, you actually broke
the terms of the Tru64 license by doing so.

That must be a joke. Netscape runs on alpha-linux for around
four years, and acroread for 2.5 years.
