It's very likely a Multia UDB (had that one, too for a start). UDB mean
Universal Desktop Box. There where two versions of them: 1. An Intel based
system 2. an Alpha System with a EB66+ mainboard. This thing has one 32bit
PCI slot, a SCSI controller, somewhere in there is an IDE controller which no
one ever dared to use, then there are two PCMCIA slots and (I think) two PS2
memory slots. There are some more small things to it.

Well try this URL: http://www.alphalinux.org/docs/udb-multia.shtml

Well as you said above your system shows up with a SCSI hard disc. Something
seems to be wrong with the kernel selection you made. I don't know what your
system tries to tell you with "Compaq Graphic-card (S3-Chip: 86C385)"... As
far as I know the Multias where shipped with an onboard TGA graphics card
(which needed a special kernel). It might be the pre-owner of your system
just plugged in a different graphics card.
Hope I helped.
Enjoy you first alpha (though this one is slow).
Bis dann
