    I think he is talking about the RAID controllers that came with the AXP
    alpha servers. I have that same controller in my DEC alpha, but I don't
    know if it is supported under Linux or not. I'm planning to run linux on
    my DEC Alpha 2100 AXP, but have not made the time to install it.

    Check the HCL on http://linux.com -> howto(s) -> Alpha-howto .

    I would assume some portion of the device was supported because Linux can
    run on that model alpha.
