    Hello,
    Registration #NJWZ8M
SuSE Linux 6.3 for Alpha, on LX164
Ghostview does not work on this system, and it is not apparent to me why
that should be so. When I invoke the application, it opens but is
unresponsive--which is to say, I am not able to click on the "file"
button and then open a file: nothing happens. A file can be opened by
opening the file into ghostview, but not by opening ghostview first and
then the file. Often there will be a bunch of unaligned traps, like so:

Mar 11 21:59:20 Myrrdhin kernel: gs(6988): unaligned trap at
    0000000120048e1c: 0000000120333652 28 1

Can Ghostview be made to work correctly? Tried uninstalling and
reinstalling from the CD, not sure what else to do or try.
    Any help appreciated
    Thanks, Aron
