    Hi,

    I've got the same problem in my Alphastation 400 4/233.
    fvwm2 works fine, but kde gives the same errors. I also recompiled
    the base kde-package, but it showed the same errors (I didn't change the
    qt-libs,etc.)

    I used a ZlXp-E3 tga and a Elsa Gloria Synergie (supported by SRM 7.12),
    both show the same
    problem: X is running fine, kde not. I also tried a newer XF_TGA for the
    ZlXp-E3, same problem.

    Here are my specs:

    Alphastation 400 4/233
    SuSe 6.3 Avanti kernel with SRM (selfmade, depending on graphic card)
    Elsa Gloria Synergie (X3dl) or ZlXp-E3 (XF_TGA)
    RAM: 192 MB
    Firmware: 7.12 from CD5.6 (latest)

    Did anybody find a solution up to now ??
