UP1000 + Matrox G450

Subject: UP1000 + Matrox G450

    Hello,

    we can´t get the Matrox graphiccard G450, 32MB DualHead, AGP to work
    under SuSE Linux 6.4 ! After typing
    sax -s svga the screen turns black/off and the UP1000 hangs;
    with a G200 card (8MB)m AGP or PCI: no problem!

    Driver from Matrox for Linux says in Source that is for x86 (and
    includes many x86...-files)

    Can somebody help?
