Subject: IDE-RAID

Is it possible to use the Promise FastTrak 100 IDE-RAID as a harddrive
controller in an Alpha computer? Is there anything you should think about?
I have access to an Intel computer to set up the striping if neccesary,
and the Alpha currently have a SCSI-disk to boot from, so the only thing
I'll use the RAID for is /usr and /mp3(heh).

Does fdisk still have problems with large disks?
