Subject: OT: Mem for Ruffian

Sorry for the OT question(if it is a such), but I wondered if I can use
ordinary PC100, SDRAM with ECC, or is some sort of special memory needed?
The specs say that only 256M DIMMs are supported, but is this because of
some hardwarelimitation or just because 512M DIMMs were not available at
the time of writing of the manual?
