I just got my 7.0 package from SuSE. Going by the book I'm not able
to even partition my scsi disks. Via Yast I get as far as partition-
ing the disk. It's a 4.3GB scsi. Starting block set to 3 and ending
block to +1000m I get "some error occured". After this happens the
CD will not even boot back up. It will hang during the scsi controller
and device check. The only way to get it to boot again is to boot
up Dec unix and partition the disk with that OS. I've been using
SuSE on x86 machines for a couple of years now and figured it would
be easy with yast. Whats the magic trick they don't tell you in the
book? Oh I using SRM to boot the CD. The command is a little different
than the book says "boot dka500 -fl 0". The book says dka600? Do I
need to pass any paramaters to the scsi controller. How do I partition
    my scsi disk????

    Thanks in advance..
