Hi!
I am not always sure in the options, that I am selecting,
when configuring kernel, with some exeptions, that's
why I usually keep most of the setup by default. It
does not seem to work really well in 2.4.1 or simply
2.4.1 does not yet work well enough, cause I am
having a strange problem. I was not able to identify it
myself, but it looks as follows:
I can coonect to 80% of internet addresses and cannot to
the other 20% without any obvious reason. DNS gives
the IP address and then any client I am trying to use for
connection (ftp, telnet, ssh...) tells me Trying XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX...
And that's it.... The actual connection does not happen.
My log files are silent and I don't have an opportunity
to check them on the other party...
Help!!!!
Alexei
