    Hi,

    it is possible to build a standby database (unmanaged) with standard edition,
    you will have to manage the transfer of the archived logfiles via scripts.
    You can also force a new arch file to be created before the transfer starts.
    Since you do not have much data, you can keep all your arch-files on the
    standby server and only recover them every night or if the primary server
    fails.
