In case you want to remove an Oracle server installation you will have to
do the following:
Use the installer to uninstall, then remove the directory into which you
installed your oracle product.
At last you will want to remove the files that where created in
/var/opt/oracle.
Maybe you also got a file in /etc called oratab. That should do it.
