Mark,
You will have to manually (or with yast2) get the older rpm and install
it over the current one. (Manually: use "rpm -Uvh --oldpackage ...rpm").
That's it, now reboot - if you use LILO instead of GRUB as boot loader,
also run "lilo" before the reboot.
Patch rollback is not yet part of either rpm or yast2.
