Search in PSDB, Full text search: Service Pack 4
Open release notes (which you will see on the first page of search)
Use links in the end. For example

I was not able to find it directly (search do not show it, and Novell never
took 1 minutes to create a link),
but it works thru Release Notes.
PS.
(Who an idiot maintain WEB server in Novell and web server in SuSe? Why do
not have
web page for SLES8 , SLES9, etc, with links to download area (system and
SP's)? Why some Service packs are named SP1 some Service pack, so that you
never know what to search
