Hi All,
I'm trying to host sles 8 patches on sles 9 update you server.
Is this possible? Has anyone got this working?
The syncronization for the sles 8 patches fails with this message in
/var/log/YaST2/yslog:
2005-02-09 08:27:50 <3> corpdb2(29941) [packagemanager]
InstYou.cc(retrievePatch):984 Signature check failed for
/var/lib/YaST2/you/mnt/i386/update/SuSE-SLES/8/rpm/i586/sysconfig-0.23.22-17.i586.rpm
2005-02-09 08:27:50 <1> corpdb2(29941) [packagemanager++]
InstYou.cc(processPatches):498 Patch retrieval error: ERROR(You:RPM has
invalid signature.)
Do I need to import a different signature key into the rpm database for
sles 8 patches?
What am I missing?
If anyone has any ideas, please share...
Thanks,
Dave
