Just curious - why customer can not request for the beta version (using
his sales channels), even if he is not in Beta program? Did you try to
contacl Novell and ask them about access to Beta?

(But now, I have an explanation of some SuSe problems - they never learn
how to make a wide beta testing, so products are not tested properly
when they are released. Compare with RHEL or Windows - they use really
WIDE testing so releases rarely have a dummy bugs).

PS. Anyway, you should not wait too long. Few weeks, may be...
