Dont worry, JUST COPY (aswer YES to override).

Then 'CHANGE INSTALLATION SOURCES'. Add dir1 and dir2, move them on top,
disable old CD's and run Software instrallation.

The same with SP1 and SP2 - copy SP1 into dir3 and SP2 into dir4, and add as
sources (order should be - SP2, SP1, SuSe core, SuSe system).

(of course, I used more mnemonic names, not dir1 - dir3... -:)).
