It is not primary problem. Primary problem is that you lost this automated
support-request service (which eliminated many unnecessary steps and bring
exact system information to the support desk), and broke search system which
is much better on 'portal.suse.com' vs Novell.

Another problem is search. I still cannot login to Novell and restrict
document search, searching for 'LINUX ISO files' or 'LINUX and Oracle' - I
got a lot of unnecessary things on each attempt to search (it improved, it's
correct).
