Not understanding where i have done a mistake

SuSE:~ # cat /etc/syslog.conf | grep -i "local4"
*.*;mail.none;news.none,local4.none -/var/log/messages
local4,local5.* -/var/log/localmessages
local4.debug /var/log/slapd.log
SuSE:~ #

SuSE:~ # rcsyslog restart
Shutting down syslog services done
Starting syslog services done
SuSE:~ #

SuSE:~ # rcldap start
Starting ldap-serverEnter PEM pass phrase: done

SuSE:~ # rcldap status
Checking for service ldap: running
SuSE:~ #

SuSE:/var/log # tail -3 localmessages
Dec 12 14:07:10 SuSE slapd[10383]: daemon: activity on 1 descriptors
Dec 12 14:07:10 SuSE slapd[10383]: daemon: select: listen=6 active_threads=0 tvp=NULL
Dec 12 14:07:10 SuSE slapd[10383]: daemon: select: listen=7 active_threads=0 tvp=NULL
SuSE:/var/log # tail -3 slapd.log
Dec 12 14:07:10 SuSE slapd[10383]: daemon: activity on 1 descriptors
Dec 12 14:07:10 SuSE slapd[10383]: daemon: select: listen=6 active_threads=0 tvp=NULL
Dec 12 14:07:10 SuSE slapd[10383]: daemon: select: listen=7 active_threads=0 tvp=NULL
SuSE:/var/log #

Ok , now it is not logging to message file, but it is logging to both localmessages and slapd.log file.
