The issue here is that SuSE is a great product. Novell hasn't had a
"GREAT" product for 15 years, and I'm
not quite sure they fully understand how to deal with this. They're
making strides... Slow, short strides. I
personally am using SLES because it's toolset, package dependencies,
and provisioning system are by far
the best on the commercial linux market. That being said, I'm
annoyed with the quality of Novell's website,
the inconsistent message about versions, and the very inaccurate
documentation.

I wish that Novell would either treat SuSE as a separate business
unit, or sell SuSE to IBM or SUN.
