I just got off the phone with Tech Support about the Customer Center,
apparently they are in the process of moving everything from Suse
support portal to the Customer Center, should take a few days.
They did give me an email address if anyone has any issues or wants
anything added/fixed - customerresolution@novell.com
FYI when you install any of the new SLE 10 products you seem to get 15
days of free updates anyway, so hopefully they will get this resolved in
the next 2 weeks.
