After turning on smtpd_sasl2_auth_enable = yes in the main.cf postfix
config file im left with this:
Jul 18 11:47:25 moses saslauthd[7587]: PAM [dlerror:
/lib/security/pam_mysql.so: cannot open shared object file: No such
file or directory]
Jul 18 11:47:25 moses saslauthd[7587]: PAM adding faulty module:
/lib/security/pam_mysql.so
Jul 18 11:47:25 moses PAM-warn[7587]: function=[pam_sm_authenticate]
service=[imap] terminal=[<unknown>] user=[nick.smith]
ruser=[<unknown>] rhost=[<unknown>]
Jul 18 11:47:25 moses saslauthd[7587]: DEBUG: auth_pam:
pam_authenticate failed: User not known to the underlying
authentication module
Jul 18 11:47:25 moses saslauthd[7587]: do_auth : auth failure:
[user=nick.smith] [service=imap] [realm=] [mech=pam] [reason=PAM auth
error]
Jul 18
Any ideas? Im still needing that pam_mysql.so file. Does anyone know
what package I need to install to get that?
Thanks for any help.
