Well we also have problems configuring it, due to the licensing configuration
(changed from licensing in every client server, to license all products in
the backup server), and mainly our problems where installing the windows
agents.

We have used the support to solve this issue, and this also proven us the
support level and gives us the confidence to this solution because we solved
the issue succesfully. In case of disaster, we expect the same level of
support to take our systems restored.
