May be, use bugzilla BUT do not allow bug severity other than
_informational_ - so that youc an sort them ouit easily.
There are many ways to do it (and to prevent bug flood so that people can
work out important bugs first).
Idea is that you must collect statictics. If one user reports _installation
problem - no rpm_ , it can means anything starting with _he downloaded wrong
iso files_, but if 10 reports _if using separate /boot, system cannot be
upgraded_ then it means major installation bug.
