With OpenLDAP 2.3 and syncrepl it became a lot easier to setup replication.
We hope to get support to setup replication into the YaST module in the
future, but that's not there yet.

I think "getent --service ldap passwd" resp. "getent --service ldap group" is
what you are looking for.
Note, that depending on the limits that you have configured on your LDAP
server this might not give you all entries. (E.g. if you have configured a
sizelimit that is smaller than the number of users, the default for sizelimit
is 500)
