Well, I don't see what's your problem. In your case, I would do the next:
1. Set up your SLES ntp local server like ntp client (via Internet, of
course). You can get a lot of ntp servers in www.ntp.org.
2. Set up your SLES ntp clients to point at SLES ntp server (step 1; if you
haven't DNS server, IP numbers will work fine)
3. Set up with care your SuSEfirewall2. I advice you do it
editing /etc/sysconfig/SuSefirewall with you favorite text editor. This file
is well-comented and you'll much performance that module yast firewall.
