Ahh, this is hopeless!
I found the option --service ldap, this tries to add the group to LDAP, but,
beside asking for password every damn time, it doesn't even work:
sh new_structure
Enter LDAP Password:
Base DN for group `mynewgroup' is "ou=group,dc=site,dc=ro".
LDAP information update failed: Object class violation
