This seems to be a problem with the driver for your hard disk controller.
Although this SDB article doesn't exactly match your situation, I believe
that the solution is the same. Please take a look at your initrd image as per
the article (i.e. ensure you are using the megaraid_mbox module). Also, it
would be nice to know exactly what kernel version you are currently using
(you said that you installed some updates).
