Thanks Alain,

Ofcoz opensuse's website is the first place i did visit. Just like you
metioned, i can't get obtain enough information after investgating the
whole site(incl. forge site & wiki).
Actually i want to customize my own distribution for server side use upon
SLES9.(now it seems should be upon opensuse10).
I've ever involved a case to help customer compile their own distribution
base upon RHEL source just like centOS does for us , we add more specific
modules into it focus to high performance comupting.
To be honestly , SLES & YaST2 are two best invention from the linux world to
us. So this is the reason why that i'm keep investgating the way to compile
own distribution base upon SLES or opensuse.

YaST2 & well assembled SLES9 provide a stable and best easy managed
environment for our computing data center. And we want to compile and
customize the simillar aim distribution we did on RHEL.
Support and service is not the problem to us because our data center support
team has the responsibility to do it.

Thanks,
