[suse-sles-e] YOU problem.

Subject: [suse-sles-e] YOU problem.

Hello all,

I've a server with SLES9SP3 installed for long time. And i always run YOU to
update it when i got the email notification from Novell about necessary
patches. But today i found the YOU stop working :-(.

All i did today is launch the YaST(text mode), select YOU , and press Next
to start updating like what i do as usual. But after a while , it prompt me
the following message:

Error
Initialization failed.Try again.
If failure continues, choose another SuSE FTP/HTTP server

I did not edit any informaiotn upon the default YOU setting, ofcoz didn't
modified the YOU server setting.
And i've visit the novell service portal to verify my novell_account is
still available.

Sadly i can't find any useful informaiton from novell support site about
this issue or alerts.

Anyone has experienced same issue or have idea to deal with it ?
