That's wrong. It is heavily tested internally, and externally in the
beta program. Or do you consider "not tested by you" == "not tested at

During Release Candidate phase, there is very, very little that is
fixed or changed. For various, good reasons.

Your proposal would result in a longer "known bugs" list for release,
nothing else.
