The "Filter" view allows you to change things.
"Installable patches"
shows any YOU patches that are not installed yet.
That the ones above are not selected can for instance be caused
because you installed SLES 9 via Service Pack 3.
In this case the YOU patches are not applied but the respective RPMs
were directly installed.
