Hello,
I am using SLES 9.3 and while trying to resize tmpfs, I've had a few
issues. I changed /etc/sysconfig/kernel SHM_SIZE to 30G, and then I
unmounted tmpfs and run /etc/rc.d/boot.shm.
However, I couldn't get the filesystem mounted to show up on df /
mount output. The only way I could get it mount again was rebooting
the server and this is far from being the intended.
Is there anyway to fix this? is this issue known? perhaps I missed a part of it.
Thanks,
Pierre
