Hi all,
Does anyone know the proper way to get support from Novell? I have
tried in vain to find anything on our "Customer Center".
When SLES9 SP2 was released the Suse portal provided an email link for
support questions - and get this, it actually worked and I used that for
an issue with LDAP (which was consequently broken in SP2 but fixed
shortly after release).
I am in desperate need for them to fix the NFS implementation in SLE 10,
it is a critical bug and a few rollouts are on hold until it is
resolved. I filed a bug -
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=201373
- but have not received any communication stating that the issue is
being addressed.
BTW - I maintain quite a few SLES10 installs and every one that requires
NFS has this problem.
Thanks for any input,
Mike Petersen
