Thanks for the info.

I did finally get very good support through Novell, I think an actual
developer emailed me back !

Anyway, this NFS issue is a known issue and was fixed toward the
beginning of August, although the fix has not made it into the System
Updates yet. If you are having this issue, you can download a "Kernel
of the Day" from:

ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/kernel/kotd

and install it on the server (remember to back up your old kernel just
in case). I applied it on a low-utilized server and it seems to take
care of the problems I was having.

Try to get support like this from any other software company (especially
one from Redmond).
