Hi Norbert,

when did you try to switch to LPRNG. As part of the initial
installation? If yes, I would recommend to install a
SLES 10 standard installation, then patch the system to the
newest version (This should clean up all the YOU, rug, zypp
annoyances).
After that try to remove cups with all its dependencies and
install LPRNG.

Hello,

i will install an SLES10 now. On this system must run an software it
is
not compliant in printig to Cups.

So i must install LPRNG. If i select to insall lprng som messages
about
dependences with the installation
of lprng coming up. When i solve all depndences the system can not be
installed.

So in installed the SLES 10 with standart cups. After the installation
i
used yast to install lprng. The same
messages about dependences comming up. The only way that the system is
runnig i ignored the dependences.

Is this correct??? I dont know.

I hope anyone has an tip for me.
