I have tried to boot an (aging, I agree) BL20g2 with a Solaris x86
DVD ISO.
Didn't work. but the CD-ISO worked.
Never tried any other DVDs.
The DVD itself would show up under Windows etc. - but it wouldn't boot.

So, I have reason to believe that the DVD-emulation is less-than
stellar.
The IBM bladecenter management-unit even requires a frequent reboot
because it seems totally broken in this department.

So, your DVD actually boots, so maybe my theory is wrong ;-)

You could try and download only the first two ISOs.

cheers,
Rainer
