Hi all,
I am trying to block an update patch called "sledp1-compiz-kde" for
SLED10SP1 and cannot seem to accomplish the task.
I do not want the patch installed because it will install the kdebase3
package, which in turn adds about 25 applications to the GNOME
Applications list. We use GNOME and do not want the extra apps
cluttering up our Computer Menu.
Anyway, I tried to mark compiz-kde as taboo, but whenever I re-check for
updates compiz-kde always wants to be installed.
Does anyone know how to block this update using either zmd or Yast
Online Update (preferably yast2) ?
Thanks,
Mike Petersen
