I have never tried to upgrade a system using 'rug', but I have had
problems where either 'zen-updater' didn't work or 'yast online update'
didn't work, but usually the other method did work.
I know this really isn't a good answer to your problem, but I suggest
that if you are still having issues, download the media for SP1 and run
the update from the CD/DVD. IMO this is by far the easiest and
"cleanest" way to upgrade a system anyway.
Good Luck,
