Software raid is in sync and will always give a different md5sum. Using
hardware raid is not an option on this system.
The bug was been reported to IBM, and they confirmed it. The patches is
available and fixed in later versions of the kernel.
Marcus: what should we do to get this fixed? How do I report bugs like
this to Novell?
