Can't confirm at least with x86_64 (don't have i386 installations). No
reference to a 307 kernel. 308 was installed both with YOU last friday (one
system) and with SP4 system update yesterday (five systems).
YOU-server is a local server (SLES 9 SP3 with YOU-updates until end of
november) synced with /usr/bin/online_update.
SP4 installation source is a directory with the four SP4 CDs copied in.
No idea what went wrong with your systems.
