Yes.
I have opened a bugreport.
However, since all our efforts are focused on SP1 now, there likely
won't be approval to fix it.
(It is also not clear if we even will release a kernel update before SP1,
so far no security issues have been collected that warrant an update).

It has the exactly same binaries, so yes.
