Hi,

A quick answer. I'm not sure you can run those operating systems in
paravirtualized mode on SLES. Should be checked in the documentation but
I don't think so.

Anyway, about the third question: yes, you can do it just editing the
vm's configuration file. Be sure that the block devices is not mounted
by the host. For the rest and for everything about XEN I'd take a look here:
