Subject: Re: [suse-sles-e] bugs - MySQL

Sorry for returning to this issue again.

I understand the intension to not flood SLES developers by uncontrolled bug
reports. So, they (Novell) can't open Bugzilla for direct bug reports about
SLES.

But, at least, they can open it for 'reference reports'. Many people
download and try SLES over the world; only fraction of them, purchase the
full version after all (btw, why SLES9, which is THE BEST ENTERPRISE LINUX,
disappeared from proposals? SLES10 distracts many users because it is too
new.), but all can (at least) report problems. Even if this reports can not
be treated as a bugs withiout careful analyze, gathering such reports and
making statistics on them can help to see a weak spots and can improve a
system.

Bugs and reliability is a weak side of SLES, so better bug reporting is
critical for the system success.
