Yes, provided you set the following in /etc/sysconfig/yup -
YUP_SUBVERSIONS="GA SP1"
Also, the updates to SP1 will be in a different
"repository" (directory), so you will have to make the appropriate
changes on your clients once SP1 is installed.
Also, if you haven't done so already, use the yup package from:
http://software.opensuse.org/download/home:/mge1512/SLE_10/noarch/
as it fixes a problem with yup not generating an appropriate xml file
needed for the server to be used as an update server.
