The OpenSUSE srpm will probably work if you cannot get hold of the SLES
one. I have to do this on RHEL at work all the time. Fortunately
rebuilding Postfix is quite straight forward. Install the srpm, modify
/usr/src/packages/SPECS/postfix.spec to include MySQL support (you'll
see the options are obvious), and run rpmbuild -bb
/usr/src/packages/SPECS/postfix.spec
